BY POLICE FOR POLICE
POLICE  INTERVIEW  RECORDING   DIRECT TO DVD

Interview room systems haven't changed much in the past twenty years.  Digital recorders, boundary style Interview Room microphones and high-resolution Interview Room cameras have dramatically improved the quality of recorded interrogations, interviews, u/c operator debriefings, depositions and polygraph examinations.  Police interview room recording equipment has transitioned to a digital format and the DVD has become the media of choice.

Interview Room Systems LLC is pleased to offer, for the first time in North America, a selection of reliable, high quality, Direct to DVD fixed and portable recording systems specifically designed for  small to  mid-size departments and child advocacy organizations that require high quality recorded interviews.

In addition to our complete systems  we are pleased to offer the Phonak line of wireless "in ear" VHF interrogator prompting communications systems and  the Verity line of degaussers and duplicators We also offer  acoustic panels and illuminated  "Interview in Progress" signs to compliment your new installation.

Our clients have indicated a desire to convert to DVD technology; however, high cost and technically complex operating procedures have placed reliable, easy-to-install and easy-to-use DVD recording out of reach of many departments.     Some of the "big company" computer based systems comprised only of a laptop loaded with proprietary software can sell for as much as $10,000.00 or more and do not include cameras, microphones or a backup recording device.   Our non-pc based systems start at $3,545.00 and include virtually everything necessary to begin producing high quality interview recordings on DVD media.

Many interview systems on the market are sold with no provision for a backup recording, require anywhere from 15 minutes to the actual length of the interview to produce a working DVD and only play with proprietary software.  Our systems produce a working product as soon as the DVD is finalized, have a complete and separate backup available and do NOT require proprietary software for playback.

Our procurement staff are constantly searching for lower prices and bulk purchases.  When we secure better pricing we pass that savings on to our clients.  Check back often !!

IRSystems technicians and support staff are all ex-members of Federal Law Enforcement units with years of experience providing technical support and advice to field units.  We have taken the guess work out of equipping your interview room by assembling several complete packages of "police proven" equipment sure to meet your department's needs now and into the future.

Many departments ask if we can integrate existing equipment into one of our Systems.  ABSOLUTLEY !  Click here to see what information we require.

Many vendors will not list their prices, or will insist that you "register" before they will provide pricing.  We are proud to state our prices and promise that any stated price will always have a minimum 60-day life.

Our packages are designed to be almost "DIY." A qualified electrician or radio tech should have no difficulty installing one of our "Hard Wired" systems. Our packages include a high resolution Interview Room Camera, a Direct to DVD recorder, all necessary cables, connectors, a back up Digital Video Recorder and simplified installation manuals.

Careful sourcing, contract purchasing and long term relationships with our suppliers have enabled us to offer these packages at prices that won't break your department's budget.  IRSystems concentrate solely on Interview Rooms and peripherals  to make your department's interview room operations run as efficiently as possible. We sincerely believe that our direct to DVD recording systems offer tremendous value for their price.

Every law enforcement officer involved in the a/v recording of evidentiary interviews has experienced the discomfort of tendering a mediocre product as evidence. You always knew there had to be a better system available, a quality system that was user friendly, affordable and easy to install.

Now there is !     See what Interview Room Systems can do for your department!
